Recommendations from addiction researchers state that one should avoid and definitely not exceed the limit of 1mg/ml of alcohol in one's blood. The test below helps you determine just what that means in terms of drinks. Once over this limit, the risk of accidents and injuries grows very rapidly, increasing potential demonstrations of poor judgement and "emotional hangovers" the morning after.
